Over the last few weeks, Norwich has welcomed the arrival of several businesses.
From giant global chains to small, family-run establishments, here are five launches you might have missed.
1. IKEA
The Swedish homeware giant has opened a new store at the Hall Road Retail Park in Norwich.
The launch was hugely anticipated, as the city had been without a physical IKEA branch since 2021 when the Sweet Briar Road venue closed.
Customers can explore inspiring room sets, shop second-hand finds, plan their kitchens and take home a wide range of home furnishings and small furniture items the same day.
Crowds flocked to be among the first visitors over the opening week and queues formed in the car park and on the main road outside.
2. Lela's Café
Lela's Café has opened its doors in the former Nourish in Grove Road.
It is being run by married couple Geralda Chotza, 32, and Andreas Zyfi, 33.
They are originally from Greece but were living in Hertfordshire in 2019 when they came to Norwich for a summer break.
They moved here in 2020 and fell in love with the Grove Road premises during their frequent walks past.
Lela's offers breakfast and lunch, has options for kids and a selection of grab-and-go sandwiches.
It also serves smoothies, coffee and cake.
3. Devecchio's Bakery
Devecchio is a micro-bakery that has moved into the former Wilkinson's site in Lobster Lane.
Omar Elbasiony, one of the owners and store barista, said the feedback has been "so good".
The site produces a range of artisan breads, including baguettes and sourdough, as well as pastries, sweet treats and freshly-made sandwiches.
Traditional pinwheels sit on the counter alongside cruffins, a blend of a croissant and a muffin, and cookies.
4. Hallswood Animal Sanctuary
Hallswood Animal Sanctuary has launched its fourth store in Clover Hill, Bowthorpe.
It sells a variety of second-hand and pre-loved items and proceeds help to support the care of the wild and domestic animals at the sanctuary.
A consistent stream of customers has come through the doors since the branch opened on Monday.
5. Rabbits
A new salad bar called Rabbits opened at the former Walsingham Farm Shop stall on Norwich Market last month.
It offers a variety of flavour-packed salads, hearty grain bowls, house-made dressings and "guilty pleasure" cheese toasties.
Freshly made smoothies are also on the menu.
The business is the brainchild of Emily Esparza, who was inspired by the salad bars she saw everywhere when she lived in LA.
