A new sci-fi and fantasy store has opened in the Norwich Lanes selling rare memorabilia.

Cosmic Jo's Galactic Trading Outpost has opened in Bedford Street in the former home of Griffin Sweets.

The shop and café is run by Jonathan Storey and his partner Bradley Brady, who are both from Great Yarmouth but worked in Los Angeles for many years.

Mr Storey previously created merchandise for Disney but has now brought his own concept to life here in Norwich.

"People who have come into the shop have been blown away, it's a one-of-a-kind experience," he said. "There's nothing like it in Norfolk, it's not a regular collectables store.

"We have something for everyone."
