A sci-fi and fantasy store is set to open in the former site of a city centre sweet shop.
Cosmic Jo's Galactic Trading Outpost is opening at the former home of Griffin Sweets in Bedford Street.
The shop has been empty since March when Griffins Sweet closed due to financial pressures amid the cost of living crisis.
Cosmic Jo's has been created by Jonathan Storey and his partner Bradley Brady, both from Great Yarmouth.

The pair lived in Los Angeles for many years, where Mr Storey created merchandise for Disney, but now he wants to bring his own concept to life here in Norwich.
He said: "I can't wait for the people of Norfolk to experience the unique magic of Cosmic Jo's.
"We are taking a bold step in opening a business during these challenging economic times but we are so confident in our concept that we are sure all who visit will just love our unique offering."
The shop, which is set to open at the end of October, will sell rare collectibles from popular franchises such as Star Wars, Doctor Who, Marvel and Harry Potter.
