A popular mobile seafood truck has closed for the season but will be returning to Norwich for two pop-ups just in time for Christmas.

Mark Overton, owner of The Little Seafood Truck, has just concluded his second year in business and is pleased with how things have gone.

He said: “We’ve had a really good season. We’ve got so many new customers, and the old ones keep coming back so we are feeling very positive.”

The truck is heading for Hellesdon, opposite The Bull pub on Friday, December 22 and Taverham Garden Centre on Saturday, December 23, both between 8am and 2.30pm.

Mark said: “We are offering some things at our Christmas pop-ups which we don’t ordinarily offer.

“We will be doing multiple options of fresh seafood platters, so there will be four options people can choose from – they will be pre-order only so we can make them up in the morning.

“As Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday, I think many people will opt for a seafood platter as this will mean they can simply tuck in without the need to cook.  

“There will also be lots of different smoked fish available which feels very Christmassy.”
