Dessert lovers in the city are in for a new treat as a new tasty shop has announced it is opening in NR3 this month.
Thick Shake Lab will be opening as it takes over the site previously known as Shake Pit at 2 Sprowston Road in an area that has welcomed many new independent food and drink shops in recent years.
The new store is set to be open by the end of the month, meaning there isn’t a long wait for folk to get their hands on it.

The menu covers all the favourites including thick milkshakes, gelato, bubble waffles, sundaes and even sandwiches to name a few things.
They warn that everything they offer is highly addictive.
And their ‘addictive’ treats will be available most hours of the day as their social media page states that Thick Shake Lab will be open seven days a week from 10am until 11pm.
