The charity coffee company aims to save children from exploitation and abuse in the Dominican Republic, raising money by serving a wide range of different blends from independent farmers from around the world accompanied by doughnuts.

Currently, the company sells its products online and on pop-up stalls at events around the country, most recently appearing at Norwich Triathlon.

It comes as a number of empty Tombland premises are filled, with the Edith Cavell pub to reopen on Thursday and a Turkish restaurant to replace Prezzo in the street.

Blue Bear Coffee Co has already begun recruiting staff for the shop.

It is not yet known when the new business will open.
