1. Slayyy Vintage, 11 St Giles Street 

Entrepreneur Rosie Dearlove was just 18 when she opened Slayyy Vintage on Norwich Market in 2019.

Fast forward to 2023 and she has a shop in St Giles Street selling 90s vintage and reworked clothing, with brands from Dickies to Nike. 

She also has a thriving online business and more than 10,000 followers on Instagram.

2. Sue Ryder Vintage and Retro, 1 Bridewell Alley 

Help a great charity, which offers palliative, neurological and bereavement support, while stocking up your wardrobe with vintage clothing and accessories from different eras at a great price. 

Alongside the clothing, there is also retro bric-a-brac, haberdashery delights, toys, games and homewares.

3. Vintage Apparel, 15 St Giles Street 

Also on St Giles Street is the newly-opened Vintage Apparel, run by husband-and-wife duo Myles Oakley and Sarah Perry, and it stocks major brands such as The North Face and Carhartt. 

Mr Oakley previously ran East End Thrift Store in London, which had concessions in places such as Selfridges and House of Fraser.

4. Taxi Vintage Clothing, Norwich Market 

A mainstay at the top of Norwich Market for many years, Taxi Vintage Clothing is the place to go for one-off pieces and there is a large range of denim jackets and jeans.

It is run by Mark Wright, who will help you out finding the perfect item, and the prices are very competitive.

5. Norwich Pop-Up, 62 St Augustines Street 

The Norwich Pop-Up is run by Laura Budds, who is also behind Norfolk Retro next door offering curated vintage for the modern home.

Independent businesses can hire the pop-up space and Florence May Vintage will be selling clothing there on March 11 and 12.
