Tickets are now on sale for a convention of Rock Schools backed by The Garage in Norwich.

The city based youth venue is the Eastern region’s coordinator for MusicLeader- a national network, funded by Youth Music, which provides support and development for the music leading and teaching workforce.

Tickets for the event are now on sale and will take place at the O2 in London on Friday, February 3. The event offers rock schools around the country a chance to exchange different models of work, knowledge and good practice.

Aspiring Rock School organisers will also be able to learn how to set-up their own school and there will be presentations from key organisations working in the UK music industry. The event will feature representatives from the industry, live music and free entry into the British Music Experience – the interactive exhibition tracing to history of British contemporary music.

Tickets are strictly limited and are £35, available from or £25 for MusicLeader members. Membership of MusicLeader is free. To register, visit
