They're back! One of Ireland's most popular show bands is rolling into Norwich again after their smash-hit debut performance in the city last summer.

Yes, The Indians are returning to Arkwrights, the little club with the big heart, and looking forward to meeting their fans, people of all ages and all walks of life.

"We are so pleased they are coming back. They were fantastic last August," said David Kyle who runs Arkwrights with his partner Jeanie.

The club has attracted many of the big name bands from the 1960s and is a great place for local groups and singers to perform.

But The Indians are something special - one of the most entertaining, all-action show bands to come out of Ireland.

Dressed in colourful Indian outfits, they have been on the road for more than three decades and in that time there have been few changes in their line-up. They stick together because they enjoy it much.

Why are they called The Indians? Because some wag in Ireland said the music business was full of cowboys, so the name was born!

The Indians are playing Arkwrights, Hall Road, Norwich, on Sunday, March 15. Tickets cost 10. Call the club on 01603 627309.
