Norfolk's wherries are the subject of a new production by Norwich-based theatre company Crude Apache.

At the Turning of the Tide tells the story of the wherries heyday as great trading vessels on the Broads in the mid 19th century before the arrival of the steam railways.

The story is told through the lives of one family and follows the heartaches, triumphs, losses and disasters of the river folk of Norwich and Norfolk.

The hour-long show It is accompanied by music from The Punch House band.
