With a sold out show at Norwich Arts Centre in November last year, Marmozets are set to return to the city this time headlining The Waterfront on May 4 with support from Black Peaks.
The release of Marmozets' second album 'Knowing What You Know Now' resulted in the young quintet being heralded as one of the most important bands on the British rock scene.
That reputation has been further reiterated by consistent support at Radio 1 from DJs including Daniel P Carter, Annie Mac and Scott Mills.
Not only have they got their own tour to look forward to, but they are also preparing to play the main stage of this summer's Download Festival, a rock festival held annually at Donington Park in Leicestershire.
They will be making a number of other festival appearances this summer including TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow, Kendal Calling in the Lake District and Standon Calling in Hertfordshire.
Marmozets will further showcase their second album on tour, the bands most ambitious and accomplished offering to date, which was recorded with legendary producer Gil Norton who has worked with the likes of Pixies and Foo Fighters.
While 'Play', the pounding 'New Religion', the pulse-quickening 'Major System Error' and the spiky 'Lost In Translation' find Marmozets embracing a new intensity within their controlled chaos, the band have the courage to explore fresh territory too.
Fans can expect an energetic show at The Waterfront in May with a set packed full of high quality, punchy songs.
