Prepare to be scared as Norwich Ghost Walks make a spine-tingling comeback this Halloween.

The popular event takes place in Cow Tower Park, by the River Wensum and courts, and begins at the historic Adam and Eve Pub.

The walks will run from October 28 to 31 at 7pm and will be led by the Shadowcaster and his entourage.

The Shadowcaster is leading the Halloween walks for the first time and has big boots to fill as his predecessor the Man in Black ran them for a decade. The event lasts two hours and there will be an additional 9pm walk on October 28 and 31 for those that are brave enough to head out a little later.

The spooky tour will feature re-enactments of some of the region's most haunted stories from Norwich and beyond and Halloween costumes are encouraged.
