Think you can't wear the fashion on the spring and summer catwalks? Think again, as clothes, hair and beauty stylists will be out in force during Norwich Fashion Week to show you how to get the look – and most events are free, writes EMMA HARROWING

The catwalks at the spring and summer 2012 London Fashion Week were filled with pastels, bright colour blocking and monochrome designs, hair was worn in a low ponytail with or without a double parting, and colour popping make-up made eyes or lips stand out. Much of what will be on show at Norwich Fashion Week spring and summer shows is still under wraps, but whatever show-stopping delights are in store, making the transition from catwalk show to everyday wear can seem impossible.

There are many personal stylist events throughout Norwich Fashion Week to help you get a new look for the new season. Here's how you can make the most of the week:

Your clothes

There are many personal styling events taking place throughout Norwich Fashion Week to help you get a spring and summer look that suits you. The first start on Friday March 9, the day after you can see the latest fashion trends on the catwalk at the Independent Retailers Show at The Forum.
