Had Oliver Chastney continued his walk last Sunday alongside the River Wensum downstream towards Whitefriars he would have seen an even larger abomination.
Coloured purple, overlooking the river, the occupants have erected a three-storey high advertising hoarding the entire length of their building.
Did they get planning permission for this eyesore?
