The Lowestoft visitors took the lead on 14 minutes through a Lee Henwood volley, but the hosts levelled from the kick-off with a close-range header from Mark Allen. On the half-hour Jon Sturman put the Lowestoft side in front again.

Man of the Match in Division Two (East) was Archant's Dan Barnstor who scored four times after his side seemed out of it with local City rivals Beehive holding a two goal advantage through Carl Ringer and Christian Sweeney. This win puts the Pressmen in second spot. Leaders Griffin were held to a 1-1 home draw by Gt Yarmouth Postals - their goal coming from John Kirkham.

Division Two (West) leaders Horsford defeated local rivals and bottom club Hellesdon 4-1. Top lague marksman Stuart Herd, with 19 to his name, notched another brace with Wayne Keeley also netting twice. Watton went top of Division Three (North) beat Swaffham 7-2 Swaffham. Star of the match Mark Ward hit six goals with Trevor Brown completing the scoring. Anthony Bradshaw and an og were the visitors' scorers. Division Four (East) joint leaders Sprowston Wanderers and Martham both had 2-1 wins over Parklands and Kings Head Loddon respectively to stay level at the top. Peter Cunningham and an og was enough to give Martham victory. Hethersett achieved their first-ever victory in Vets football and lifted themselves off the bottom of Division Four (West) following their 5-2 win over Norwich Rovers. On target were Darren Rial and Shawn Simpson with a brace each and one from Mike Pipe.
