Each week we put someone in the hot seat and ask them 10 questions about themselves. This week we spoke to Evening News writer, Courtney Pochin, on her final day working for Archant.

Describe Norwich in three words...

A fine city.

If you were stranded on a desert island with three others, who would you want them to be?

Two people who could successfully get me off the island and Ryan Gosling.

If you could be anyone else, who would you be?

Someone who can sing really well. I've always wondered what it's like to have that talent.

How would you spend a perfect weekend in Norwich?

Saturday I'd start with pastries from Bread Source, where I'd sit for a while and read a good book, before heading out for a walk around the city, making sure to stop off at the Cathedral. In the evening I'd go for dinner at Jive Kitchen before catching a show at Norwich Theatre Royal. On Sunday I'd visit the vintage fair at The Halls before enjoying a late brunch at No. 33. The rest of the day would probably be spent sitting in the sunshine in a pub garden - The Plough or The Playhouse.

What's your mantra in life?

Just keep swimming.

Which song defines your life?

Any song by Taylor Swift.

What's your biggest fear?

Something terrible happening to someone I love.

Would you rather spend a night in front of the TV or a night out in the city?

It really depends how I'm feeling, but most of the time I'd go for a night out in the city - complete with cocktails and good company.

Which one thing could you never be without?

Can I have two? A cup of tea and a good book.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I'd share some with family members, put some away and then I'd probably buy myself a house and splash out on a trip or two.
