Freethorpe remain top of Area C despite losing at home to Burlingham by 10 shots. Gt Plumstead Tigers recorded their third win at Blofield Heath, winning by 13 shots. Salhouse Bell won by 35 shots at Cantley.

South Lynn have a 10 point gap at the top of Area D while Cawston Rebels and Whissonsett have opened a gap at the top of Area E. Blakeney RBL continue to look strong at the top of Sub Area A. while North Walsham New Road have jumped to the top of Sub Area B and Fleggburgh Village hold a four point lead at the top of Sub Area C over Martham B.
