UEA City of Norwich Swimming Club duo Jessica-Jane Applegate and Jordan Catchpole have been named in the Great Britain squad for the World Para Swimming Championships in Mexico, which start at the end of September.
Both competed at the British Summer Championships in Sheffield last week ahead of selection, with 20-year-old Applegate setting a new world record.
The London 2012 Paralympic women's S14 200m freestyle gold medallist won gold in the women's MC S14 100m butterfly with a total of 1,137 points on Saturday, in 1:04.46 minutes, as well as silver in the 100m freestyle and bronze in the 200m IM.
Catachpole, 18, was also victorious in the men's MC S14 100m butterfly final, winning gold with 932 points in 1:00.36, as well as silver in the 100m backstroke and bronze in the 200m freestyle, 100m freestyle and 200m IM.
Both have subsequently been selected in the 26-strong GB squad for the World Championships.
