Snetterton's final race meeting of the season takes place this Saturday with the 750 Motor Club organising a 12 race programme on the 200 layout.

Just a handful of points separate Bill Cowley and Mark Glover in the race for the 750 Formula Championship which will be decided over two legs at the Norfolk circuit.

Both have won a pair of races each this year but Cowley has managed to finish ahead of his rival eight times this year from the 11 events which is the reason he has an 11-point lead but it could easily evaporate with one poor performance.

The Renault Clio 182 title has already been secured by Patrick Fletcher but March's Ryan Polley could steal second place away from Jack Kingsbury if the local racer has a pair of podium places with his rival several places behind ensuring a intriguing end to the year.

The Locost Championship also ends its season at Snetterton with Mark Burton already confirmed as champion but second place is still up for grabs.

Currently Ben Powney holds the position but Martin West is just nine points adrift and able to count one more score before dropping points which West will have to do this weekend in both races making for a tense finale while Norwich's Richard Jenkins is hopeful of a podium place.

Daniel Hands will need to win both of the Formula Vee races if he is to have any hope of displacing Craig Pollard from taking the title with the current series leader having a nightmare of a meeting but the four time winner has been very consistent this season.

Hingham racer Peter Studer, with his local knowledge, could shake up the order in Class B and make Andrew Cooper's task of lifting the title a little harder.

Billy Albone is a multi RGB Sports 1000 race winner this year and will need a run of back luck this Saturday at the Norfolk track if he is not to be crowned champion once more.

Paul Smith is able to take the title away from Albone but it will take a pair of victories and his rival to non-finish both events for him to steal the title.

The Historic 750 Formula completes the action with Christian Pedersen taking the scratch race win the last time the series raced while Ian Grant triumphed in the handicap section with racing starting at 11.35am.
