Great Yarmouth Town’s match against Fakenham Town on Tuesday night has been postponed.

Great Yarmouth Town’s match against Fakenham Town on Tuesday night has been postponed.

The Bloaters reported on Tuesday that there were problems with the floodlights at the Wellesley and they would not be repaired in time for kick-off of their Thurlow Nunn Premier Division fixture.

FA Vase qualifying action had dominated the weekend’s action, with Great Yarmouth progressing to second round qualifying after a 3-1 win at home to Broxbourne Borough.

Third-placed Thetford were thumped 5-0 at home in the league by leaders Felixstowe & Walton United, and are looking to bounce back against seventh-placed Walsham le Willows at Mundford Road.

Kirkley & Pakefield are bottom with two points after a 4-1 home league defeat to Godmanchester ahead of the visit of Stowmarket to Walmer Road, who smashed Team Bury 7-0 in the Vase on Sunday.
