French striker Samuel Essende is reportedly being chased by Norwich City after the 20-year-old left Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG had offered Essended a new contract but the youngster is reportedly keen for a fresh start, with Premier League side Brighton and Belgian club Anderlecht interested.
Goal report that the Canaries are also keen to take the attacker to the Championship, although adds that Anderlecht are thought to be in pole position for his signature.
Essende scored seven goals in 20 games for PSG B last season, with four of them coming in six Uefa Youth League games, scoring a brace home and away against the under-19s of Bulgarian side Ludogorets – with PSG eventually knocked out by Barcelona in the last 16.
PSG’s second team play in the regionalised fourth tier of French football, finishing in mid table of National Two B last season. The report adds that Genoa are also interested and that PSG are planning further talks.
Norwich have recent signing Teemu Pukki, Dennis Srbeny and Nelson Oliveira as their current senior striker options, with academy product Carlton Morris expected to be out until the new year with a knee injury.
Youngsters Tristan Abrahams and Mason Bloomfield have also been loaned out, joining Exeter and Hamilton respectively.
Essende made headlines during the 2015/16 campaign when he scored a spectacular back-heel in a 4-0 win over St Etienne U19s as PSG closed on their Championnat National U19 triumph – being compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
