Norwich City should have been preparing for their final game of the Premier League season but instead football’s suspension is in its ninth week, leaving plenty to be discussed in our latest Norwich City Debate from 1pm.

The government’s announcement on Monday that sport will potentially be able to return, without spectators, in June has eased the wheels of Project Restart into motion after weeks of speculation.

The Canaries reacted to the news swiftly with the announcement of refunds for supporters with tickets for the remaining 2019-20 matches, in acknowledgement that the season is set to be concluded behind closed doors.

Now English football’s various governing bodies have been able to get firm talks on Project Restart up and running, to try and secure and safe and viable way for the campaign to be concluded - and avoid some of the huge financial impact that the global coronavirus pandemic has caused.

- Our live blog is already open above if you have a question you’d like to ask, with the debate getting into full swing at 1pm
