The mood in training has been as positive as ever this week despite our defeat at Leyton Orient on Tuesday night.

We did not perform as well as we can and we know that but we have to get going again at Charlton tomorrow.

Remember, we are still in a terrific place at the top of the League One table with four games to go and the lads have done brilliantly to get into this position.

There is a certain amount of anxiety among some supporters when we lose a match because they want so much for us to get over the line.

But I have never once said we're going to do X, Y or Z and though some fans and some of the media have been taking it for granted that we will go up, we know we still have to work hard to finish the job.

We have a hard game at Charlton tomorrow but games against the top teams have brought out the best in us this season and we will have another big following at The Valley.
