Get in there, the Canaries!

What a magnificent win that was at Goodison - a win I don't think too many of us envisaged before the game. I know I certainly didn't when I spoke to Radio City Merseyside on Saturday morning - and that's not me being negative or Mr Doom and Gloom! I just couldn't see Norwich winning after the run of results they've had since September 14.

Norwich were brilliant and fully deserved their first away win in the Premier League since they won at The Hawthorns back on March 19, 2016 - a run of nine away games this season without coming back to Norfolk with three points.

Before Saturday it was just one away win in their last 16 games for Norwich City and they'd scored only three goals in that run - that's what makes Saturday's result even more remarkable and now, hopefully, the lads can push on and climb up the Premier League.

Todd Cantwell was exceptional and relished his new role in the team - he showed so much energy, his work ethic was outstanding and his performance was topped off with a sublimely-taken goal! I'm not sure of his dance routine for his celebrations, but I wouldn't mind seeing that celebration a few more times if it means Todd banging in a few more goals.

It was great to see Christoph Zimmerman back in the starting XI and he showed what we've been missing in his absence. His presence alone lifted everyone as he's clearly been missed in the heart of defence - let's all hope that from now until the end of the season the big German stopper will be ever-present in City's back four.

Managerless Arsenal head to Carrow Road on Sunday, with the Gunners having won just one of their previous nine games in all competitions including Thursday night's Europa League game against Eintracht Frankfurt, which cost Unai Emery his job.

I think this Arsenal side can definitely be got at defensively and in David Luiz and Sokratis they have one of the worst centre-half pairings I've seen in the Premier League. They must be worked at, because if you do they've shown time and time again this season that they are a mistake waiting to happen.

This Arsenal side is so bad defensively that Emery was forced to change to a back five against Southampton last Saturday, but they still conceded two and if it wasn't for poor finishing from the Saints they could have had four or five at the Emirates. Now that Norwich have finally won their first away game I can see them getting back to winning ways at Carrow Road on Sunday.

I was lucky to have played at Arsenal's old ground, Highbury, on couple of occasions and what a place it was to play, it really was a cracking stadium. From the minute you walked into the marble-floored reception at Highbury, where pride of place went to a bronze bust of their great manager Herbert Chapman who won back-to-back titles with the Gunners in the early 30s, you could tell that Arsenal was a big, big club.

The changing rooms at Highbury were the plushest I'd ever been in and the only ones that I've been in which had heated flooring. Unlike so many other away changing rooms, Highbury's were so spacious and their showers and baths wouldn't have looked out of place in a five-star London hotel.

In my two appearances there I came away unbeaten, winning 2-1 when I came off the bench while I was at Watford, and a creditable 1-1 back in 1995 while I was at Leicester.
