Today’s Norwich Evening News has been printed in yellow and green to celebrate the Canaries’ Premier League promotion success.

The special souvenir edition features all the news on last night’s celebrations which saw Norwich City Football Club presented with their trophy on the balcony of City Hall before the team boarded an open top bus and did a tour of the city.

More than 40,000 people turned out to join in with the celebrations.

Norwich Evening News editor Tim Williams said: “We wanted to honour the fantastic achievements of Norwich City Football Club, and what better way than to go yellow and green for the first time in the newspaper’s history.”
