Norwich City transfer rumours: Canaries keep tabs on German international at Napoli

Napoli wide player Amin Younes is being linked with Norwich City.
The German international is reportedly available for a loan move this month, and according to Italian football site, Arena Napoli, Norwich have been tracking the 26-year-old left winger.
They carry a report on Sunday evening suggesting City would be interested in a possible loan move but not at the estimated €2.5m fee demanded by the Italians.
Younes was a team mate of new City signing Lukas Rupp at Borussia Monchengladbach earlier in his career and spent three years at Ajax - where he faced Manchester United in the 2017 Europa League final - before a move to the Serie A club.
But Younes now appears to be out of favour at Napoli, after making just seven appearances this season, which included a late Champions League group stage cameo from the bench in the 1-1 draw against holders Liverpool at Anfield in November.
Younes, who has five caps for Germany and featured in the squad that reached the 2017 Confederations Cup final, is under contract until 2023 and has been also linked with Torino and Espanyol this month. But those clubs have baulked at a reported €7m valuation to seal a permanent move.
City were earlier in the day touted with interest in Rayo Vallecano wide player Adrián Embarba.
Norwich have so far brought in Rupp and Hertha Berlin loanee Ondrej Duda in January with the likes of Dennis Srbeny and Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts leaving Carrow Road.
