Amankwah Forson is attracting interest from Israeli club Hapoel Be'er Sheva as his acceleration towards the Norwich City exit door continues.
The Ghanaian international is free to depart Carrow Road this summer, with a loan exit expected. A move to Israel is thought to be the most likely destination for the 23-year-old, although the deadline for their window doesn't close until Wednesday, September 16.
Championship clubs Derby and Blackburn are also thought to have shown interest, along with clubs in Germany, Austria and Spain.
Israel is expected to be his destination, but there is still time for any Championship club to swoop in and strike an agreement before the 11pm deadline in the UK.
Reports have suggested that Forson is set to travel to the country to complete a deal overnight. They have identified him as a replacement for Kings Kangwa, who moved to Panathinaikos.
The prospect of Europa League football is likely to be a major factor in any decision to head to Israel, as Forson searches for consistent playing time after falling out of favour under Philippe Clement after an injury-hit spell with the Canaries.
Forson is set to be joined by defender Jakov Medic through the exit door, with the towering Croatian defender finalising an initial loan move to Eredivisie side FC Utrecht, which is understood to include an option to make the deal permanent.
Another potential one to watch between now and the deadline at 11pm tonight is midfielder Liam Gibbs, who was omitted from Saturday's match day squad for City's 4-1 win over Burnley.
There is interest in a loan move for the midfielder, who was close to moving to Scotland in January before injuries saw Norwich keep him around the group. His future remains up in the air at this stage, with the focus being on concluding deals for Medic and Forson.
