New Norwich City sporting director Ben Knapper has spoken for the first time since beginning the role on Monday in a club interview.
Knapper, who succeeds Stuart Webber in post, joined from Arsenal where he was loans and development manager after a spell in their analysis department.
His arrival was accelerated amid Norwich's poor run of Championship form - although they beat Cardiff 3-2 on Saturday.
