The former office block and KFC premises in the heart of Prince of Wales Road has been transformed into almost 80 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments by Regency Residential and Intro Developments.

Before the redevelopment, the building was empty for some time, but the site has previously been used as British Rail offices and was once a dance hall known as the Grosvenor Rooms, where The Beatles performed in May 1963.
