Banish the boredom by taking your children to three of the region's best attractions - Pleasurewood Hills, BeWILDerwood and Pensthorpe Nature Reserves and Gardens. Going Out has two sets of family tickets for all three attractions to give away, allowing you to enjoy days out at the country's only tree-house adventure park, the region's biggest theme park and this year's host for BBC1's Springwatch.

Pleasurewood Hills, between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, is the region's biggest theme park, a 50-acre playground set in beautiful coastal parkland and packed with enough adrenalin-fuelled white-knuckle thrill rides, white-water family favourites and youngster-friendly rides to thrill all the family.

The latest ride is Wipeout, the tallest, fastest and most extreme rollercoaster in the region, which takes passengers on a rocket-fuelled ride along 900ft of twisted steel at speeds touching 50mph and pulling over 5Gs as they hurtle through three inversions forwards, and then backwards. In addition to a host of incredible rides, the park also has a range of first class shows, including the awesome antics of the sea lions, the hilarious parrots and the breathtaking Magic Circus.

BeWILDerwood, near Hoveton, offers 50 acres of wild, imaginative outdoor play, with zip wires, treehouses, boat trips, woodland walks, den building and soft play areas for tinies. Meet the Boggles, the Twiggles and the Crocklebog - the fantastical creatures that live amongst the trees at BeWILDerwood. Suitable for children of all ages (and adventurous adults!) the park is set in gorgeous woodland, and there's plenty of tasty food on offer to keep your energy levels high.

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, near Fakenham, are a haven for nature lovers, who flock to see some of the 171 recorded wild bird species that have been spotted at the reserve.

With gardens, Land Rover safari rides, a playground, wildflower meadows, pond dipping, tracker trails plus a great caf and shop, there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained for a whole day.
