Walcott Emergency Volunteer Association get �1,700 from fundraising efforts

More than 400 people attended a fundraiser in aid of the Walcott Emergency Volunteer Association including the emergency services from Happisburgh and Mundesley Coastguard, Stalham police, Sea Palling Lifeboat Services, Wroxham First Responders and St John Ambulance.

Hosted at the Lighthouse Inn, Walcott, �1,700 was raised.

Entertainment came from The Dumisani Drummers, Blind Tiger Rock Group, Beauty and The Beard and the Magician Magical Edd, Demonstrations by the First Responders excited the crowds, as did the Pick a Pocket prize with the llama and the raffle – which created more than �2000 worth of prizes.
