Train services are begining to return to normal after a tree fell on overhead cables at Ardleigh causing the suspension of services between Colchester and Norwich.
The tree fell on the line at 8am causing a loss of overhead power to the trains, but has since been removed and power restored.
However, a spokesman for train operator Greater Anglia warned passengers to expect delays on services until the early afternoon.
The suspension affected festival-goers heading for the Latitude festival near Southwold with large queues forming at Diss station.
