A tree has fallen on the track outside Norwich Rail Station causing cancellations and delays this morning.
Train operator Greater Anglia said it had to cancel services to Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth shortly before 8am.
Services to London Liverpool Street were not affected.
Network Rail staff have since removed the tree from the line, but Greater Anglia warned 'residual disruption' is expected until 10am.
Meanwhile, the 6.20am Norwich to London service was cancelled due to a 'member of the train crew being unavailable'.
It comes as union members go on strike outside Norwich station today over the role of guards and driver-only trains.A spokesman for Greater Anglia earlier claimed that services would be running as normal today.
