A Thorpe St Andrew headteacher has called on parents of her school's pupils to take more care when parking their cars.
Headteacher at Hillside Avenue Primary and Nursery School, Anita Gutteridge, said: 'A few parents are still parking inconsiderately and blocking the drives of some houses in Elizabeth Avenue, at the rear of the school.
'The owners of the Indian restaurant at the bottom of School Avenue (Raj of India) kindly allow us to use part of their car park at the beginning and end of the school day.
'Please could we ask you to show consideration to our neighbours by parking safely.'
