A road in Costessey has been closed so emergency repairs can be carried out to a burst water main.
Grove Avenue, from its junction with Three Mile Lane to its junction with Farmland Avenue, shut on Wednesday and will remain closed today and tomorrow (Friday).
Traffic is being diverted via Three Mile Lane, Upper Stafford Avenue, Dereham Road, Richmond Road, Middleton Crescent and back onto Grove Avenue.
Tim East, district and county councillor for Costessey said: 'It is unfortunate when a pipe breaks at any time of the year, but it is even worse when it happens when the weather is bad.'
