The glitz and glamour of Hollywood's golden age came to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as patients, staff and visitors were treated to a special performance.
Dancers from the musical Top Hat donned their costumes and performed the show's Top Hat, White Tie and Tails tap number at the hospital yesterday.
Top Hat is at Norwich Theatre Royal until April 11.
