Hundreds of Tinchy Stryder fans are expected to flock to a city store this week as the chart-topping rapper launches a new clothing range ahead of his Norwich gig.

The Brit Awards nominee, who is the protégé of former City College Norwich students Archie Lamb, son of North Norfolk MP Norman, and Jack Foster, will be at Dog Fish in Bedford Street on Friday.

He will launch the first collection of his clothing range and sign autographs at the city store before performing at the University of East Anglia in the evening as part of his UK tour.

Dog Fish has 200 free wristbands to give out to fans to guarantee them entry to the store and to get his autograph and most of them have already been snapped up.

Robin Norton, manager of Dog Fish, said: "The managers are from Norwich and that's a really good success story; they work jolly hard and know what they are doing. It's terrific for them and it's a terrific situation for us."

Ü Tinchy will be at Dog Fish from 3.30pm.
