Three people have been rescued by firefighters after they were stuck in a lift at a city mall.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service were called to The Mall, in Norwich, at 12.30pm this afternoon.
Three people, who were stuck in one of the shopping centre's car park lifts, were rescued within 12 minutes of the arrival of the fire service.
