Three fire crews responded to a report of a burning smell - which were caused by engine fumes.
Firefighters from Carrow, Earlham and Sprowston attended the false alarm in Norwich city centre today at 10.46am. Another false alarm was reported in the Sheringham area at 12.36pm, with one crew investigating. This was actually controlled burning.
