The developers have now decided to squash the idea of a hotel and pub on the site, but are still persisting about getting a petrol station and a take-a-way restaurant.
There could be a big problem with litter.
Now, to add insult to injury, they are going to apply for planning permission for a park for no less than 24 HGVs directly opposite Church Road.
This nightmare is going from bad to worse.
There was no mention of a lorry park at the initial meeting.
