Given the seemingly constant negativity in the media about our NHS, could I use your columns to put another view?
From the home visit of a paramedic on February 8, via ambulance to the N&N Emergency Department early on February 9 the service was most efficient and the treatment excellent.
So many thanks to all the medical and support staff concerned.
