A Caribbean community cafe based on a Norwich estate is launching a regular tabletop sale and asking people to get involved.

Jan’s Roti, based on Knowland Grove, Marlpit, will have its first sale on Saturday, October 15. Those looking to have a space pay a £5 deposit, refundable on the day, and all are invited to come along and find a deal.

The sale will start as a monthly event but organisers hope it could become weekly if there is the demand. Cafe manager Jan Roger said: “People can bring whatever they’ve got in their homes that they want to get rid of, and it will be like a car boot sale.”

To find out more or book a place, call Jan on 07846 495386.
