Three days a week you'll find a vintage horse box parked up in Tombland, with a range of sweet treats inside.

This horse box, affectionately called 'Ruby' by its owners, is part of The Cuppie Hut, a food and drink business created by former stay-at-home mums, Melanie Abel and Kim Cooper.

The pair, both in their mid-forties, hail from Norwich and have always enjoyed baking for their families.

'People started telling us we should start a cake business, so we did! We started off at bake sales and small festivals and now have our own pitch in the city,' they said.

On May 2, the ladies launched The Cuppie Hut in Tombland, where they have a space on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to sell cupcakes, cookies, hot chocolates and more.

The real star of the show though are the cake jars, which come in a variety of flavours, including lemon and blueberry, Reese's peanut butter, mint chocolate and salted caramel.

They added: 'Tombland is the perfect fit for our Ruby and we've had a lovely time so far. Long may it continue.'
