Swan, train fault and overhead wire problems cause delays to Norwich services

There were delays to a number of Norwich train services this morning due to a variety of issues on the line.

The 6.39am Ipswich to Norwich train was delayed between Norwich and Diss due to a train fault and it was 20 minutes late. There were also delays of up to 10 minutes on the 6.24am service from Norwich to London Liverpool Street due to a swan finding its way onto the tracks at Manningtree.

And there were delays of up to 10 minutes on a number of train services in and out of Norwich due to an overhead wire problem.
