Science team raise over £2,000 for heart charity

Members of the Bayer CropScience Team have presented a cheque for £2,387 to the British Heart Foundation, pictured, after they took part in the Norwich 100-50-25 bike ride.
Richard Adams, Mark Hayhurst, Dave Howard, James Messent, Mike Payne, Christian Rose and Peter Scott were among the 4,000 pedal power riders who geared up to raise money for the nation’s heart charity.
The team clocked up times between just under three hours and three hours, 50 minutes. And one team member even rode a 23 year old bike during the event.
The team have pledged to cycle again next year at the event which will take place on June 2, 2013.
