The American actress and mental health campaigner will be in conversation at the store with BBC Radio Norfolk’s Chrissie Jackson, discussing her upcoming book - How to be Human: The Manual.

The book, set to be released in January 2018, covers topics such as relationships to our bodies, our addictions and our futures. It is described as a ‘science-informed, practical and humorous guide, helping us to dive deeply into what it means to be human.’

Visitors will be offered a chance to meet the star and get their book signed by Ms. Wax.

The event takes place on Monday February 5 at 6:30pm on Floor 3 of Jarrolds, in The Pantry Restaurant.

Tickets start at £15 and include a copy of the new book. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the Ruby Wax Jarrolds event page here.
