Where are all these cyclists that warrant having all these cycle lanes around the city?
When my husband took a short cut to avoid roadworks on the ring road there was a caravan parked over a cycle lane. The only cyclists we see are on a weekend clogging up country lanes.
Also, if we have so many cyclists in the city why are they not paying some sort of road tax to help pay for road maintenance?
