SWEET Easter treats delivered by a special guest cheered up youngsters in the children's ward at the James Paget University Hospital at the weekend.
Hospital Radio Yare's mascot, Yare Bear aka this time Siobhan Meade, met up with five year old Honey Rotchell from Buxton, near Norwich. Honey had been on holiday with her nan at a Caister holiday park when she fell and broke her left arm in two places. She spent the night in the ward and with mum Rachel.
Hospital Radio Yare's outside broadcast team with its public address equipment and music system is available to take bookings for functions, fates and carnivals etc. Anyone interested can write to OB Manager, Radio Yare, Northgate Hospital, Northgate Street, Great Yarmouth, or call 01493 842613.
