Could 'Sad Dad' style be the new fashion trend this summer?
With reports from high street store Debenhams showing a 68pc increase in the sales of socks and sandals this year compared with this time last year, it seems that the look could be a popular fashion choice.
The news comes after the store reported the look as the most ghastly fashion faux-pas last summer, indicating that there could be a change in people's opinion about the style.
