A green oasis in the heart of Norwich which has been created by volunteers after months of hard work is to be officially opened this weekend.
People living nearby had been working since 2008 to turn it into a flowering green space.
Will Giles, who created the Exotic Garden on Thorpe Road, will cut the ribbon to formally open the Grapes Hill Community Garden at about 11am on Sunday.
And avid gardener Dave Rowntree, drummer with Blur, will be coming along to see the garden and meet local people.
The Green Grocers, from Earlham Road, is providing food and a bar. There will be a range of ice-cream from Ronaldo's and local musicians providing the entertainment, as well as face painting and a garden competition for children.
Entry is free.
